Anyway, I digress (which is sort of the point of Pinterest). The news: I was alerted to a hot new Pinterest trend the other day, just in time for Easter: Bunny butt cakes. Dyed hard-boiled eggs left to rot behind a framed family photo taken for the church directory waiting to be found in August? No more. Easter isn’t about great sources of protein, it’s about sugar.Cute, little decapitated bunny tushies diving torso-first into cake batter in the most adorable way. Beatrix Potter would be proud, or at least very confused and then ultimately amused.
