About Alison
I’m Alison McLaughlin, a Texas Hill Country Realtor with eXp Realty, serving buyers and sellers throughout Spring Branch, Canyon Lake, New Braunfels, Boerne, San Antonio, and the surrounding areas.
Real estate has always been part of who I am. I grew up around generations of family members who invested in multifamily properties, so understanding the value of real estate, renovation, and long-term investment has always felt natural to me. I’ve also completed my own renovations and flips, giving me a practical eye for a home’s potential.
Before and during my real estate career, I owned and operated a successful day spa for 25 years. I’ve also co-owned a landscape company for over 20 years and a boutique for more than five years. With a background in interior design, business ownership, landscaping, renovations, and client care, I bring a unique perspective to helping people buy and sell homes.
Today (and always), real estate is truly my passion. I love helping clients make confident decisions, whether they’re buying their first home, selling a longtime property, relocating, or investing in the Texas Hill Country lifestyle. My husband and I have three boys, and we are proud to call this beautiful area home.
