About April
April has been in real estate since 2008, honing her skills during one of the toughest markets. Before her real estate career, she worked as a legal assistant for a top 10 global law firm. This role equipped her with knowledge in contracts and legal issues, teaching her the importance of vigilance in the home buying and selling process. April's education in business has also been a valuable asset throughout her career.
In 2016, after several years as a real estate agent, April was offered a chance to work with a prominent national builder and developer on a multi-million dollar project, leading marketing and sales. The community continues to grow today.
When the opportunity arose to work for a leading brokerage and an innovative global real estate team, April couldn't ignore it. The agent collaboration and continuous advancements with cutting-edge technology continue to place her brokerage team at the top.
Having gained experience as a solo agent, April recently formed a team with her partner, David Saenz Jr., and looks forward to having the capacity to help more clients have an exceptional real estate experience. Additionally, she mentors and advises new agents aiming to build a solid real estate business.
