From that first meeting we knew we had the right man for the job! Frank far exceeded our expectations and surpassed all previous realtors we had used over the years. Frank explained things clearly, but most importantly, he showed he cared about every detail that would help sell our home. The decorator/ stager he employed on our behalf was terrific. After listing our home with Frank, we went back to Ohio. Frank took care of ever so many issues that needed to be handled in our absence: he arranged for a roofer (and new roof) when hail caused damage to ours; he called back a painter when some of our freshly pointed porch was not done correctly, he even helped us when a squirrel made its way into our attic! Even though it wasn't convenient for him, Frank took the time to come by our home frequently, checking the inside and out to make certain all was in order. (And he vacuumed the carpet when it showed the signs of traffic from other realtors!!!) And since when one is selling a home, the most important detail is how much it can be sold for, I need to mention that Frank got us a very fair price that exceeded similar homes in our neighborhood. If you want a realtor who is honest, straightforward and ever so helpful, you should look no further than Frank Baker!
Since we had lived in in the home for 22 years, we had a considerable amount of anxiety about putting the house on the market. However, Frank's professionalism and demeanor from the outset to putting the "Sold" sign in the yard were commendable. Our home was somewhat unique and we felt that Frank's background in the appraisal end of real estate would make him the best realtor for us. He did a great job for us!
